Skating Snowlady (Created by Lisa Z.)

Hello High Hopes Fans!!!

Come join our monthly challenge...and you could be the next winner of two High Hopes Stamps of your choice.  The details for the December Challenge - Christmas/Winter theme can be found here

Happy Saturday Friends! Well, it won't be long before the kids are enjoying the holidays and time away from school...maybe this card would inspire an enjoyable family activity during the holidays!?!?!

This is Skating Snowlady (TT012) and We Wish You A Merry Christmas Sentiment (HH003).  Such a cute and fun image!!! It looks like these two are having a great time!

I started by colouring the image with Tombow Markers and water. After the image was all coloured and dry, I applied some Glossy Accents to the snowman's mittens, nose, and pompom.

The image was trimmed down to size and layered.  The pattern paper is from Fancy Pants-Timbergrove 6x6 Paper Pad, along with some kraft and white cardstock.  The sentiment was embossed with black embossing powder, then layered as well.  Foam tape was applied to raise the main image and sentiment, to add a bit of dimension.  To complete this card, a few pearls were added to the right of the image and left of the sentiment.

Supplies Used:
Ink - Tombow Markers - 452, 243, 905, N35, N55, N75, 992, 757, and 761.  Versamark Ink Pad and Black Embossing Powder.

Paper - Fancy Pants-Timbergrove 6x6 Paper Pad; SU Kraft and White Cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by!
