Penguin Love (Created by Lisa Z.)

Hello High Hopes Fans!!

As a reminder, the Blog Hop for the new release runs until October 5th, so if you haven't had a chance to check out the hop yet, there is still time.

I have been having a lot of fun with these new stamps!  All the images are so cute and adorable!!!  Here's another example of that...

This is Penguin Love (SS003).  It doesn't get much cuter than this!!!  Oh and sooo fun to colour too!

I coloured the image with Tombow Markers and water. After the image was all coloured and dry, I added some Glossy Accents to the holly and berries, penguin's beaks, and ice rink.  It is a bit difficult to see this in the picture, but it does look quite shiny!  Diamond Stickles were added on the penguin's pompoms of their hats.  The designer paper is from Doodlebug - Frosty Friends, along with some Grey and White Cardstock.  A couple of pieces of Doodlebug twine was added under the sentiment.  Foam tape was used to attach the image and sentiment, to add some dimension to this card.  A few YNS Glitter Silver Gumdrops were applied in the top corners of the card.  The sentiment was die cut using Quikutz dies with grey cardstock.  These die cut letters were mounted on 1 1/4" circles that were cut using a punch.  One crystal gemstone was placed on the top of each of the sentiment letters, to complete this card design.
