Happy Saturday Friends! Here's a fun little guy, getting some gifts finished off for Santa's delivery soon...

This is Painting Elf (SS006) and We Wish You A Merry Christmas Sentiment (HH003).  Such a cute and fun image!!! With making some homemade gifts for people on my list this year, this adorable elf helped to inspire me!  I hope it will inspire you...

I started by colouring the image with Tombow Markers and water. After the image was all coloured and dry, I applied some Glossy Accents to the elf's collar, and all the areas of paint, that the elf was using - including the paint in the cans and on the brush tip.

The image was trimmed down to size.  The pattern paper is from Carta Bella-Warm & Cozy 6x6 Paper Pad, along with some SU burgandy, green, and white cardstock.  A SU corner punch was used with the green cardstock for the corners on the image.  Some Handsome Hunter green ink (pad) was also used to apply some ink around the edges of the main image and sentiment.  The sentiment was embossed with black embossing powder.  Foam tape was applied to raise the main image and sentiment, to add a bit of dimension.  To complete this card, a few pearls were added above and below the sentiment and on the photo corners, as well as, a few red rhinestones on the holly berries of the sentiment.

Supplies Used:
Ink - Tombow Markers - 452, 555, 761, 905, 249, N75, 969, 757, 837, 990, and 055..  Versamark Ink Pad, Black Embossing Powder, and SU Handsome Hunter Ink Pad for sponging edges.
